I am Pema Tamang and currently I am 25 years old. I completed my high school in the year 2019 from Losel Gyaltsho Academy at Gelephu. I studied commerce as my main subject. Later on I trained on Accounting on Tally ERP9 from Dechen and IT Management Institute and I ventured out at the job market but due to the rising crisis of COVID 19 and simultaneous lock down I got laid back and I was unable to join jobs in the financial sector. But before that I worked as the front desk associate at Janka Resort at Paro in the year 2015 and I worked as Bill Collector at TD cable at Paro in 2017. I also worked as an FnB associate at Sonam Trophel hotel at Paro in 2018.

After lockdown during the year 2021 to 2022 I worked as a Data Entry associate at Dhewa.bt which is an e-commerce company. After that I was really inspired by Dessup, the Guardian of Peace of Bhutan. So i did my Dessup training in 53 batches. I volunteered in various dessup programs and also during National day. I also volunteered and worked as a dessup monitor and data collector for 8 months at 2023 at Kaja Thorm which is inaugurated by His Majesty the King.

Then I wanted to improve my culinary skills, so I trained on Continental Culinary Arts from RDTC at Zhemgang funded by SDP.

Currently I am doing Cultural Tour Guide training at Phaduna DSP centre and I want to be great host for guests and represent Bhutan and serve my country.
