I completed Diploma course in Materials and Procurement Management from Jigme Namgyel Engineering College. As a De-suup I serve as a volunteer procurement officer at Desuung Headquarters, Thimphu, and serve at southern border duty (SBD), Samtse, and volunteer duty during Tshchu, National Day, and other responsibilities.
