introduce myself as Desuup Subash Gurung from Samtse. I am proud to share with you that I have completed the Desuup Skilling Program (DSP) in Culinary Arts from Monger Gyalpozhing Institute.
This comprehensive program has equipped me with the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in the culinary industry. I am excited to apply my skills and experience to contribute to the growth and development of the hospitality sector in Bhutan.
Currently, I am working as a Chef at The Loft Cafe in Paro, where I am responsible for preparing delicious and authentic Bhutanese cuisine for our customers. I am committed to providing exceptional service and ensuring that every guest has a memorable dining experience.
